Shipping policy

Unlike some companies, we believe that shipping charges should not be a profit center.  The reality is that the post office and companies like UPS and FedEx are always increasing their prices every year.  Bottom line - shipping is expensive! 

As such, we try to find the lowest shipping cost available for you.  So here's the deal. Once you have finished selecting the products you want to order and you get to the checkout page, if you think the shipping charge is too high or too low, call us. Let us double check with the post office or UPS. Sometimes the price that pops up for shipping the package may be under or may be over. If it's not right, we will fix it!

We want your business and don't want to lose it just because the automated shipping price that appears on the online site messes up.  Like we said, we believe that shipping charges should not be a profit center!
